Supports the administration of recruiting programs such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates. Develops relationships with team members, and hiring managers.
Be a strategic partner for HR BPs, HR Shared Services and EMEA management
Provide guidance to our hiring managers regarding the staffing process
Post our vacancies to internal, external and partner web sites
Download CVs, provide basic screening and distribute among hiring managers
Conduct prescreening phone interviews
Schedule interviews for managers
Prepare and extend offers
Participate in job fairs events and different HR projects within company
Report on recruitment KPIs
You already have some experience from recruitment
You have very good communication skills - not only in Czech, but also in English
You are organized and you can perfectly plan your time (and sometimes even time of others)
You are quick - you don't waste your time with "BUT" and "WHAT IF" - you just do it!
You are detail-oriented and you rarely make mistakes
You know how to work with Outlook / Word / Excel and you quickly learn about new systems
