The Zebra Knowledge Center (ZKC) Learning Management System (LMS) and Sales Enablement platforms operations team is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support and evolution of various learning and enablement platforms. These Cloud-based platforms are utilized by Zebra employees and/or Zebra Channel Partners and customers for education and knowledge enablement related to Zebra’s products and service offerings.
We are looking for a Learning and Sales Enablement Administrator who has a passion for working with applications and systems, and support. A resource who is organized and detailed, who possesses a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As an administrator you will be responsible for loading and testing content, and working with Instructional Designers on content issues and remediation. You will create new learning items such online and instructor-led training offering and related Schedule Offering, run basic reports, tag content, page creation, administer content libraries, and manage users to name a few.
