  • Overview

    The Zebra Knowledge Center (ZKC) Learning Management System (LMS) and Sales Enablement platforms operations team is responsible for the administration, maintenance, support and evolution of various learning and enablement platforms.  These Cloud-based platforms are utilized by Zebra employees and/or Zebra Channel Partners and customers for education and knowledge enablement related to Zebra’s products and service offerings.

     

    We are looking for a Learning and Sales Enablement Administrator who has a passion for working with applications and systems, and support.  A resource who is organized and detailed, who possesses a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

     

    As an administrator you will be responsible for loading and testing content, and working with Instructional Designers on content issues and remediation.  You will create new learning items such online and instructor-led training offering and related Schedule Offering, run basic reports, tag content, page creation, administer content libraries, and manage users to name a few.

    Responsibilities

    • Learning Management System (LMS)
      • Load and publish online training course content on the LMS and test courses for quality adherence
      • Update Production Release course publication tracker
      • Collaborate with Instructional Designers on content issues, remediation and republication
      • Create new learning items such as Online training (OLT), Instructor-led training (ILT), and create Schedule Offerings related ILT training, and apply course description details and applicable settings
      • Provide support to ZKC colleagues and other coordinators who use the system in their day-to-day work
      • Provide support to end-users who submit trouble issues and how-to queries, and update issue tracking system accordingly
      • Assist Senior administrators with tasks and initiatives
      • Assist with platform related projects
      • Execute basic reports
    • Sales Enablement Web Platform
      • Create and Edit pages
      • Review and tag content
      • User access management
      • Manage user licenses
      • Stage Library asset review and transition to production
      • Assist with related project initiatives
      • Assist senior administrators with tasks and initiatives
      • Coordinate and update monthly learning summary page

    Qualifications

    • BS Computer Science with 2+ years of systems, application, and support experience
    • Learning Management System (LMS) experience with course load and content publication experience required
    • Experienced with testing Online training courses or other application QA and test experience
    • Sales Enablement platform experience a plus
    • Basic HTML experience
    • Detailed oriented with strong proofreading and grammar skills
    • Strong technical and customer support skills
    • Strong PC skills and related applications including Excel Word, PowerPoint and Notepad
    • Knowledge of Cloud-based applications
    • Familiar with page creation and editing, and content tagging
    • Understanding of Sales Enablement applications
    • Familiar with Web page creation and editing
