Reflexis, a Zebra company, is the leading provider of AI powered workforce management, execution and communications solutions for multi-site organisations in retail, food service, hospitality and banking.

 

A cutting edge technology company, we have crafted a new opportunity for a German-speaking lead generation specialist to join our European business development team! . We are looking for someone with a creative approach to prospecting and an interest in developing skills in enterprise software sales.

 

This role is a key part of our growth strategy and you will work in close collaboration with the local sales executive. Taking ownership of researching, prospecting and qualifying potential opportunities with retailers in Germany.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life:

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline via phone and email. Interacting with key decision makers up to, and including C-Level executives to schedule teleconferences.
  • Sourcing contacts and leads in the areas of retail, banking, and hospitality through effective use of a range of validated methods to engage prospects.
  • Supporting sales and marketing executives with various direct marketing activities and programs.
  • Analysing prospect's needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.
  • Maintaining and updating our sales tools: SalesForce and Outreach
  • Representing Reflexis at tradeshows and industry events as the need arises
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified leads and opportunities

Qualifications

Self-motivated, driven and creative, a native or proficient German speaker with existing experience in lead generation, preferably SaaS. A background in account-based business development is meaningful, along with a with a strong understanding of value based selling in a B2B environment.

 

Outstanding rapport building ability is key to enable you to prospect at a senior level and meet sales targets. This is a fast moving role involving cold calling daily, so high levels of personal energy and resilience are essential skills.

 

We would love to see similar experience in technology or software and a demonstrated proficiency in sourcing tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach. Proficiency using Salesforce.com and/or telemarketing enterprise software tools would be a real benefit.
