Due to expansion, we are seeking a Technical Product Support Specialist. It is an exciting time to join as we continue to grow adding new customers whilst investing in ongoing training for our teams. This is a key position, working closely with existing customers dealing directly with key stakeholders from major Retailers, Banks and the hotel industry. You'll be supporting several Customers at any one time during the key implementation stage and post go-live. Communicating effectively will play a key role in being successful in the position as will a close collaboration with our Consultants and Project Management team. In addition to this, the ability to analyze and suggest alternative approaches as well as troubleshooting any Customer issues will be an important focus in your day to day duties.

 

You will get hands on with the database and support our SaaS cloud applications. The solutions play a critical role in the customers organization supporting workforce management which is linked to payroll and real time task management and task scheduling.

 

Required experience/Skills

  • Experience in a similar position for a SaaS/Software company.
  • Good communication skills is a must.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Basic experience of Web development technologies such as HTML, DHTML, JAVA, JSP, or JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of application server, database server and web servers such as Glassfish/Tomcat/Web Sphere, MySQL/Oracle/DB2 and Apache web server is a bonus.
