Overview

GBS Treasury Team in Brno supports EMEA and APAC regions. We are responsible for cash management, cash flow forecast, cash reporting and analytics, intercompany, cashpool, bank relationships and manual payments processing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for actively cash management in assigned legal entities
  • Manages cash forecast on weekly basis / Manages and supports inter-company settlement process
  • Manages bank accounts and communicates with the banking counter-parties (opening, closing, KYC, FATCA)
  • Works independently on Treasury related Projects / participation on developing technical solutions
  • Supports Manual Payments Team and provides approvals according to internal policies (Banking Platforms)
  • Closely cooperates with remote team members in other regions (APAC, US)
  • Data oriented person / experience with PowerTools by Microsoft® welcomed

Qualifications

  • University degree (at least Bachelor, Finance is a plus)
  • CTP or other Treasury certification is a plus

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance area in a multi-national company

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in leading projects and corporate-wide initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, innovative mindset
  • Knowledge of analytical tools (Advanced Excel, PowerBI, PowerTools, VBA…)
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken), daily communication is required
  • Experience in areas of domestic and international cash and foreign exchange
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Well organized person, attention to detail as well as ability to see high-level picture, stress resistance, strong team spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with management levels across functions
