Zebra’s Internal Channel Account Managers are a diverse, multilingual team of sales professionals, selling to, and supporting thousands of our channel partners.   We are growing this team and have created a new role for a German speaking Enterprise Channel Associate who will partner with field-based Account Manager to provide a second layer of sales and support to Zebra‘s Top Enterprise Partners.

 

This is a great development opportunity for someone looking for a role in sales.  You will have co-ownership for a set of top accounts, building strong relationships with key contacts and guiding partners to help them to be compliant with our channel programme.   This will include elements like revenue commitments and required technical skills certifications.  

 

Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Learn about the Zebra Partner Connect programme, its Training and Certification (T&C) offerings, funding programs, rebate, and Incentive programmes, so you can serve as a trusted advisor to partners.
  • Work with our technical enablement team to enable our partners to be able to support Zebra’s go-to-market efforts
  • Develop and manage business sales plans in partnership with account managers.
  • Facilitate Sales Enablement programs focused on enhancing sales effectiveness for sales teams.
  • Manage Central Events with partners
  • Working collaboratively with multiple contacts, internally and externally
  • Using an analytical approach to learn about key trends in the region across the channel partner community.  Working with leaders in the region to develop a curriculum that will help drive customer satisfaction and partner revenue.
  • Promote the Zebra Digital Channel Sales experience with our partners’ sales team.

 

Qualifications

About you.

 

We are looking for a great communicator with experience of providing a brilliant customer experience, ideally in a corporate / enterprise environment. 

Fluency in German language is a requirment.

 

Handling wide ranging questions from partners around contracts, pricing, products, and solutions, you should be able to prioritize and organise information well.

 

Presentation skills are important, along with an affinity for numbers and data; an analytical approach will also help you to clarify issues and questions around contracts.   Personable, confident and curious, you should be a keen networker who has a strong desire to build relationships with partners and internal colleagues at all levels. 

 

A commercial, sales focused mindset and a willingness to learn how to manage large accounts is crucial – any familiarity with a specific sales methodology would be helpful.
