Zebra’s Internal Channel Account Managers are a diverse, multilingual team of sales professionals, selling to, and supporting thousands of our channel partners. We are growing this team and have created a new role for a German speaking Enterprise Channel Associate who will partner with field-based Account Manager to provide a second layer of sales and support to Zebra‘s Top Enterprise Partners.
This is a great development opportunity for someone looking for a role in sales. You will have co-ownership for a set of top accounts, building strong relationships with key contacts and guiding partners to help them to be compliant with our channel programme. This will include elements like revenue commitments and required technical skills certifications.

We are looking for a great communicator with experience of providing a brilliant customer experience, ideally in a corporate / enterprise environment.
Fluency in German language is a requirment.
Handling wide ranging questions from partners around contracts, pricing, products, and solutions, you should be able to prioritize and organise information well.
Presentation skills are important, along with an affinity for numbers and data; an analytical approach will also help you to clarify issues and questions around contracts. Personable, confident and curious, you should be a keen networker who has a strong desire to build relationships with partners and internal colleagues at all levels.
A commercial, sales focused mindset and a willingness to learn how to manage large accounts is crucial – any familiarity with a specific sales methodology would be helpful.
