We are building a new team of Inside Sales Account Managers in EMEA who will each focus on managing named accounts within specific territories and vertical markets across EMEA.  These roles will form an integral part of the local territory sales teams, in order to build business opportunities across a wider coverage of accounts.

Responsibilities

  • A desk-based sales position, dedicated to managing named accounts in specific verticals
  • Establishing key stakeholder contacts within named accounts across multiple functions, developing deep awareness of customers to identify potential opportunities for Zebra.
  • Using customer and market data-driven insights to identify where Zebra can add value to accounts.
  • Actively prospecting opportunities and building account plans, enabling ongoing pipeline for targeted revenue attainment YoY.
  • Developing critical customer relationships, using different forms of digital media (primarily phone and video contact).  Ensuring relationships are maintained with key stakeholders/decision makers.
  • Aligns with EMEA resources to drive thought leadership and understand global and regional trends
  • Providing regular reporting on performance and identifying areas to close gaps in target attainment and/or opportunities for continued future growth.
  • Collaborating across a variety of EMEA Sales and other teams to ensure joined-up activities and optimisation of interface into accounts.

Qualifications

We are looking for high energy, ambitious and results driven individuals who are seeking an opportunity to build their career in sales with a global market leader.   End-user sales experience ideally gained from a technology / hardware / software environment is key - this can be either Inside or Field-based.  The ability to build relationships through digital media (primarily phone and video contact) is essential. 

 

A growth mindset and exceptionally strong customer success focus will make all the difference in this role.  Establishing and accessing key stakeholders within an account; aligning customer needs to Sales opportunities.

 

Previous track record in prospecting, account planning, forecasting and sales attainment – including identification of growth opportunities outside of standard role scope.

 

Highly organised and with an analytical approach to assimilating customer feedback, Zebra offerings and external data to help drive targeted actions. 

 

Fluent French and English language skills are essential
