The role of the Customer Success Operations Analyst will be to deliver timely and accurate data to management that will help to make sound, fact-based decisions. Drive data gathering and operational processes to facilitate bi-weekly forecasting. Works with Customer Success leaders and team members to capture and deliver desired information. Identify strategic and tactical initiatives within the department to maximize revenue opportunities. Drive the methodology, systems, and processes that enable growth. Build custom reporting to support the organization.

This role will be supporting our EMEA and APAC regions. 


  • Support the customer success team to meet sales and operational targets
  • Data collection and maintenance
  • Provide requested reports, make updates, and provide recommendations when vital
  • Work with various departments across Zebra to solve problems and improve operational efficiencies
  • Organize data and generate deep customer insight to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Create comprehensive dashboards and automated metrics reports for sales and performance metrics including, but not limited to bookings, revenue, renewal rates and sales compensation
  • Provide data, analyses, modeling, reporting and insights to support regular business reviews
  • Provide extensive and detailed data analysis of trends/variances to goals and communicate to regional leaders
  • Drive annual renewal sales planning for bookings, revenue, renewal rates as well as sales compensation targets
  • Ad-hoc data analysis upon requests


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of applicable work experience; previous working experience as business operation or sales admin preferred
  • Familiar with Office software
  • Multiple working capability with positive working attitude
  • Serious and responsible work, fast learning ability
  • Good communication with internal sales and external partners
  • Familiarity with Channel partner business
  • A self-starter with a passion for collaboration and problem-solving
